Bronze Group
This group will meet 4 times per week for 1 hour each day. Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes and having fun! They will be introduced to starts and finishes as well as the 4 competitive strokes.

Silver Group
From the Bronze group, athletes move into this group. Here they will practice 4 times per week with each practice lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. Athletes in this group will focus on continued stroke work, especially consistency; and having fun!. They will also begin working on flip turns and pull outs.
Silver Group Coach: Jamie Blume
Gold Group
From the Silver group, athletes move into this group. Athletes in this group are usually at least 9 years old, although this is not a requirement. Gold group athletes will practice 5 times per week with each practice lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. This group is exposed to training for the first time while trying to prepare for some longer races. Most of these athletes have a state or divisional cut.

Middle School Group
Athletes may enter this group after the completion of 5th Grade or at the discretion of the Gold group coach. Practices are available 5 times a week for 1 hour 45 minutes each. During practice, athletes in the Middle School group work on developing better stroke techniques with drills for all four strokes and increasing their endurance. Technique take precedence over training, while athletes are challenged to think about their stroke while swimming and apply the techniques of the drills worked on in practice to their swim sets. Athletes are encouraged to attend at least 3 swim meet to work toward achieving personal best times, qualify for Divisional and State Meet time standards, and cheer to support their teammates.
Middle School Coach: Van Rockfeller
High School Group
Athletes entering the High School group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in the High School group should begin to take personal accountability/responsibility in regards to swimming areas - this includes (but is not limited to) goal setting, nutrition, proper sleep habits, etc.
